Methodology — where our prices come from

We currently compare three sources: Packlink (Germany and Austria origin), Sendcloud rates (Austria origin) and Packeta’s published price list (Slovakia and Czechia). This is not exhaustive — we do not yet include national postal consumer rates or other brokers, so for some routes a cheaper door may exist elsewhere.

Live prices are fetched at the moment you search, from the rate APIs of parcel brokers where we hold (free) accounts. Prices from carriers without an API come from their published price lists; every such price shows the date we last verified it.

All prices are for a reference parcel of 35 × 25 × 15 cm at the weight you select. Brokers may quote slightly different final prices at checkout for unusual dimensions, insurance or fuel surcharges — we therefore phrase table prices as “from”.

We only list options a private individual can legally book without a VAT number or business registration. Channels that require a business account are excluded even when cheaper.

The Book links go to the broker or carrier website. We are not affiliated with and not endorsed by any carrier; all trademarks belong to their owners. We currently earn nothing from bookings — this is an independent comparison project.
